Based on 15+ years of experience in facility design, plant engineering and plant operation of more than 40 composting plants and 7 mechanical biological waste treatment plants (MBT) in Germany and abroad WasteTec offers comprehensive services such as consulting, General planning and EPC services related to the mechanical and/or biological treatment of waste.

WasteTec evolved from the plant engineering and service group Herhof-Umwelttechnik GmbH respectively Herhof Holding AG which is no more active on the market. Waste Tec was initiated by former executives (authorized officers and managers) of the Herhof group.
